Caroline Brereton, RN, MBA.
 
Caroline Brereton is senior healthcare executive with over 25 years of healthcare experience most recently at the executive level in acute care hospital operations. Caroline’s understanding of the clinical and back office functions of complex healthcare organizations has enabled her to drive quality results and effectiveness in operations by establishing a strong vision and strategy, effectively engaging stakeholders and by the application of change management and lean process methodologies.

She has led human resources strategy development for the OHA at a provincial level ,worked with Boards to secure funding and commitment to strategic and projects, transformed operations to achieve leading performance outcomes and builds human capital through development of a learning organization.

Caroline joined The Leading Edge Group in 2009 supporting business development and providing consulting support at the executive level to our clients.
